Hi, I’m Natalia.

As far as I can remember I have always loved to bake. I vividly remember being so proud I made homemade pizza for my family when I was 10 years old. And 20 years ago, when I spent an entire week making apple pies everyday, so I could master the perfect pie crust and filling. My poor husband tasted and ate all those pies with me, lol! I truly love baking for my family and friends. 

A couple of years ago I volunteered to bake for my kid’s school bake sales. Turns out I could make many more people happy with my treats and it really warmed my heart. A lot of people kept asking if I sell my baked goods and/or if I had a bakery, and I always had to, unfortunately, say “Sorry, no”. This always made me a little sad.

I bake because I love it and because it is a therapeutic and creative outlet for me. There’s something magical about mixing, kneading, and the smells that fill the house when I’m baking. And in the end we get to eat something delicious! I also love how my bakes make people happy, there’s no better feeling knowing I brought a little happiness to someone’s day.
